Recently had my refrigerator replaced in our travel trailer at Camping World. We had an excellent experience. One minor glitch which I brought to the attention of Charles Powell, the store manager. Mr Powell corrected our issue immediately and bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. Great service, would not hesitate to recommend.
I've been here a year now. We live in our RV full time. We'll I had a problem with one jack not retracting. They said it was the motor so I agreed to replace it. That was the mistake of my life. The new motor blew out the seals in the back Jacks. So they said it was due to the weak motor so they replaced them. Still not the problem and all I get is lies. Well here we are a year later. So they have took a year from our life's. Any suggestions from anyone would be great. We was planning on going to Alaska last May so that was took away as well.
We had a great experience. Traded in our Class A and bought a 5th wheel.
Our salesperson Debbie is where is starts. She was great before the sale and even better after the sale. She has been in contact with us multiple times and has served as a contact person for services I needed after the purchase. She has never failed to follow up and make sure that I am completely satisfied.

My father had a great experience here this month. Aaron Hilt, the RV sales associate, was very professional, friendly, and made sure that all the important details were handled. He was very good at keeping an open line of communication and made my dad's purchase an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
It was an overall good experience, but you cannot just look on your own. You have to sign in and tell them what you are looking for even when you are not really sure. Also a salesperson goes with you to every RV. Makes it hard to just look and get ideas as to what you're looking for on your own. It was a very nice facility with a good inventory of items for sale and they were friendly. I wish they would allow you to look on your own, because of this, I would personally be more likely to buy from somewhere that I did not feel as much pressure from.
