My experience was horrible.. I got my gold wedding ring resized in the fall of 2014 and I went up about a size and a qtr and I was charged about $80. It is 2 rings fused together. When I first seen the ring it looked great but they had polished over somehow where they messed my ring up. Shortly after I put it in on, I notices little circles were it looks like they burnt it or something. My husband took it up there and asked them to fix it and they had the nerve to say I damaged the ring somehow with chemicals cleaning or something. There is no way I came into any contact with any chemicals that was clearly an excuse to cover up their damaging my ring. There is 4 tiny holes in the material of the band (2 on each ring, since they are fused together). It is absolutely crazy they would blame the customer for something that is clearly their error, and I was never offered any apology or anything. They have ruined my ring.
Never again! I hate to write a bad review and I hardly ever do, but this is ridiculous!
Now that's ridiculous!!! And the tips are still sticking up!!!
I have done lots of business with them they done a great job on my mother's day ring. They also did my repairs on my bracelet an necklace.

Not to a bad of a place. I bought my mom's 'mother ring' here. The guy got it to me on time and it was like specified but within the month a stone fell out. After some procrastination and not wearing it at all, I took it to get replaced. It didn't cost to much and I asked the guy, who claims to have plenty of experience, to look over the other stones to make sure they were secure. I got the ring back and the stone was smaller than the rest. I asked him and he said 'eh they all cut different'. He did offer to replace it if it wasn't good enough but I just really wanted to get the ring back to my mother and its not to noticeable unless you turn the ring sideways. Well anyway I give it back to her she wore it for a week and a different stone fell out. She refuses to let that man do anymore work on it. This was my experience here.
I have done lots of business with Jack thur the years in Robertsdale Ala, he has always done a wonderful job and a true craftsman at his trade, now he has opened another store in Fairhope, he has someone else running his Robertsdale locations which does a good job and is very friendly, I went in and the regular person was not there, he had someone filling in, OMG what a nightmare, the work I had done was TERRIBLE when I dropped off my jewelry I was given a ticket with a price when I picked my things up it was twenty dollars more than what I was quoted on the original ticket. I sorry to say I will take my things else where. VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.:(
