Central Baldwin Vet, in dire need of a staff overhaul. The vets are good, but the staff, absolutely horrible. I personally don't want hateful people handling my pets.

All treat our dog's like if the dog's wore there's. Mollie eye is doing real good now she is about 90℅ thank you all for getting her on demand

The staff here is great, you can truly see how much they care about your pet.

No Stars! Had to choose 1 star to be able to post. Awful environment. The front desk staff, rude, snappy, ill-tempered, discourteous, in need of customer service training. And this is just what I witnessed while filling out my application to bring my new dog there. As I watched the front desk staff interact with other clients, I got a bad feeling. The way they treated clients and talked to them was atrocious. When I gave my application to the lady at the front desk, a customer had stepped back inside to ask a quick question after having left his dog, the lady snapped his head off and was rude. After that, I was convinced I didn't want to leave my dog there. I told the lady, please just give me my application back. I left and went to Silverhill Animal Clinic. A world apart!! Greeted me AND my dog with "Good Morning", from Whitley. Whitley then took my dog from my arms and hugged on him so sweetly, and held him while taking my information on computer. The staff, wonderful people. Dr. Flowers, amazing and knowledgeable.

Awesome place! They were super friendly and answered all my questions!

I took my pup there with a broken leg because they were the closest place still open late in the after noon. The staff was rude and disrespectful while I was there. Then complained that they could not control her to take x-rays or wrap her leg, if they cant handle my 30 lb puppy I don't know what they would do with my 80 lb Shepard. They wanted to do a very expensive surgery that did not seem necessary based on the x-ray so I asked them to email the x-ray to me or my regular vet, they said they didn't know how to do that but would put it on a CD when I picked up the pup. I picked her and the CD up and took her to my usual vet, he finds out the CD is blank, I was furious! He called over and they said they would send the x-rays straight over, waited over an hour and still didn't get them so my vet had to take another set x-rays, he and his staff had no problems controlling the pup and found that the break didn't need surgery. Centralized was overpriced and wanted to do an unnecessary procedure, overpriced, unprofessional and rude.
