Chuck has no problem about talking about people behind their back. Falsely accused me and the wife of a few things.Which were false.
Always happy & ready to help in any way they can. Lots of activities to join in on if you wish. Everybody makes us feel as if we belong .
I refuse to stay in a place with managers like these two.
came here Dec 2015. thought we had the place we wanted to retire to. everything was good for a while. we stayed until around April then when home for trips to visit family then came back around Sept 2016. we brought our third rescue dog back with us. we have a tiny Chihuahua 7 lb a calm jack Russell for my diabetes and a 70 lb mixed dog. ask Judy about having three because chuck said only two. her words were they are good dogs so don't worry I set the rules here. now we are told that we are being evicted because of too many dogs. also accused of begging for food and cigarettes from everyone in park.. if you don't drink and play bowling you aren't part of the click they have. the word n****r is used quite often and haven't seen any people but white. here. not too bad for a stop over but don't think you will ever be welcomed here with kids or for long term especially if someone wants your site. I also don't like managers coming to my site sounding and smelling like they are over the limit on beer which one of the managers did when they screamed and said. we were to leave.
The negative reviews are unfortunately very accurate. I don't know who owns this park but they certainly have poor choice in managers. Rules only apply when convenient for them. It is not well kept nor managed. We paid for an entire month but forfeited just to leave the chaos. Extremely unprofessional, and rude. Poor customer service. Rules only apply to certain campers. I highly recommend you keep going and visit Styx River RV Resort. Turn right across from the Oasis Truck Stop.
Not the most modern facilities but very comfortable and peaceful. Friendly atmosphere. Owners are great, helpful and accommodating.
It's Beautiful, quiet & everyone is friendly but they keep their noses outta your business. The hosts, Chuck & Judy
The park is nice and quiet and OK for s short stay. Good price. Bad managers. Go elsewhere.

Stayed here for fifteen months. Dec 2015 - April 2017, yes Chuck and Judy are friendly to the short stayers.
You will love it here....
Had 3 well behaved dogs and it was no problem until a change of rules.
Judy is not as bad as Chuck. If you ask him for something you may get it next week.
